CNC alloy adjustable brake and clutch levers set Royal Enfield Himalayan Euro 4

Pair of brake and clutch levers made of 6061-T6 aluminum (aviation quality), black anodized and complete with the Royal Enfield logo, adjustable in 6 positions for: 

Royal Enfield Himalayan 400 (until Euro 4 versions only)

Fitting the brake lever:
Remove the screw that holds the original lever, then remove the lever. Lightly grease the pivot screw, then install the new lever to replace it. Be careful to leave some "play" between the lever and the piston (when the brake fluid overheats it expands slightly). Tighten the screw and check the operation of the brake light.

Fitting the clutch lever:
Important: it is very easy to damage the clutch sensor by changing the lever, it is highly recommended to remove the switch before the operation below to avoid this risk. Remove the screw of the pin that holds the original lever, then remove the lever without forcing. Loosen the clutch cable adjustment as far as it will go, then unscrew the cable from its guide. Lightly grease the pivot screw, then install the new lever to replace it. Tighten the screw. Adjust the cable tension.
