How to order
Placing an order is very simple, you just want to order trial or a quote? Simply enter the products in the cart, you can create and print a quote absolutely not binding.
The order process is divided into 4 steps:
- Shopping: Here you can view the products you have selected, review the quantity and calculate shipping costs depending of your country.
- Registration and user info: you will be prompted to fill in the fields to register or if you already have an account we will ask you to enter your login details. You can also place an order without registering if you prefer, but you will not be able to view the status of the order, access your history or create a wish list.
- Payment: Here you have to choose your payment method, you can check the products you're buying, the quantities requested, billing and shipping information and finally confirm the order.
- Confirmation: Once you confirm your order, our mail server will send you an e-mail containing a summary. If you chose to pay by credit card please complete the payment on the secure server of our bank. You will receive a second e-mail confirming the parcel has been shipped. You will receive an email from UPS containing the tracking number of the parcel and the expected delivery date. Availability is updated daily and visible in every single product sheet.
All orders with products in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours (PayPal and credit card payments).
Availability of individual products can be seen in the data sheet:
In stock: item in stock in stock at our warehouse
Coming in stock: items arriving at our warehouse in an average 10-day time
6-10 working days: item in stock at our warehouse in 6/10 working days from receipt of your order.
We do not ship partial orders, if you want an order will be sent immediately, all products must be available; if some product is urgent you can agree partial shipments; for each subsequent delivery to the first will be charged the postage again.
