To find out the exact shipping costs, add everything you're interested in to your cart and go to the cart where you can calculate shipping costs, here are some examples:
Shipping costs to Europe: we ship with GLS and Fedex express courier.
- Up to 3 kg: €11.90
- Up to 5 kg: €13.90
- Up to 10 kg: €15.90
- Up to 20 kg: €17.90
- Free shipping for orders over €500 (private customers only and certain countries only)
Shipping costs to the United Kingdom (Fedex service only)

Note for customers outside Europe
The prices you see on the website include Italian VAT. When you enter a shipping address outside the European Union, VAT will be automatically deducted before payment. This translates into a 22% discount for you!

Why let waiting for packages dictate your life? Send your packages to UPS Access Point™ locations or to our partner local stores and pick them up at your convenience. This way, you'll know your packages are safe and that, thanks to locations that remain open in the evenings and on weekends, you can collect them with peace of mind. In step 3 of the shopping cart, you can choose from the many collection points that work with UPS, including their locations and opening hours.
Who delivers and how long does it take?
Delivery times in Italy are approximately 24 or 48 hours from when the courier collects the goods from our warehouse. These times are indicative and not binding on us. We entrust shipments to GLS and Fedex. The courier delivers during the day (not in the evening after 6 p.m., nor on Saturdays). If no one is at the location, they leave a note and return to deliver two more times. If you find the note, you can contact the courier by following the instructions on the note. It's always best to specify a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your package during office hours. We strive to ship orders promptly upon receipt, but workloads may occasionally cause a slight delay. We're a small team, and sometimes it's difficult to get everything done in one day, even with all the passion in the world. If a product is out of stock, we'll notify you by email with the expected delivery time. Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number by email so you can track your delivery.
Where is my package?
There are two ways to find out where your package is:
- By clicking "Order Status" at the bottom of the homepage, you can track its progress.
- Through the email sent by the GLS or Fedex courier containing the package tracking information, you can check the delivery status of your order and track your shipment.
