The cost varies according to the weight and destination of the goods. To know exactly shipping costs simply add products to the basket and view the basket were you can calculate before the purchase. - Up to 5 kg: 13,90 euro
- Up to 10 kg: 15,90 euro
- up to 20 kg: 17,90 euro
- Free shipping for orders over 400 Euros (private customers only)

- Up to 1 kg: 15 euro
- Up to 3 kg: 25 euro
- Up to 5 kg: 35 euro
- Up to 10 kg: 50 euro

Shipping costs to: USA and Canada (UPS only)
- Up to 2 kg: 35 EUR
- Up to 5 kg: 50 EUR

The prices you see on the site are with Italian VAT. When you enter a shipping address outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted automatically before payment. This means a 22% discount for you!

In this way you will know that your parcels are safe and that, thanks to locations that remain open during the evening hours and weekends, you can withdraw them in complete peace. At step 3 of the cart you can choose from the numerous collection points that work with UPS, know the location and opening hours and in many cases you can even save money!
- Who makes the delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is approximately 24 or 48 hours in Italy and 3-5 days for neighbors countries. We ship exclusively via UPS www.ups.com which guarantees high reliability with the delivery and the integrity of goods. It is always best to indicate a place for delivery where there is someone to receive delivery during business hours. We try to ship orders immediately after we receive them, but it may happen that the workload requires a slight delay. We are a small team and it is sometimes difficult to do it in a single day, even with all the passion of the world. In case a product is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail indicating the expected time arrival. Once the pack is sent, you will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number in order to keep an eye to your parcel.

There are two ways to know where the parcel is:
- clicking on "order status" at the bottom of the homepage you can check your order status
- By e-mail sent by UPS www.ups.com you can check the delivery status of your order and you will be able to track the shipment.
