Right of withdrawal - How to make a return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return it to us. We offer you 30 days from receipt to return the product to us (except for "special order" products where indicated in the product sheet)
Here's how it works:
Did you send an order without creating an account? Send us the request to email@example.com indicating the order number and we will take care of your return
Do you have an account? Log in and click "My orders", choose an order and click "Return", select the product (s) you wish to return and please wait for our instructions.
Packaging items: Put the items in a box, possibly the original one, taking care to pack and protect them properly and seal it making sure it is properly sealed. Please do not use the product and return it to us in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging, including a copy of the receipt that we send by email when placing your order. We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of use, assembly or modification, damaged, incomplete, or for which you have lost/discarded the original packaging. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be refunded.
Shipping items: You decide which method to use for the return, costs are at your expense. We recommend that you ship with a method that includes tracking for your peace of mind.
Refund: Once your item is received and inspected, we will refund the price you paid, crediting your original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds can take 2 to 10 business days for bank processing. Paypal refunds are instant.
